CrosStix is a drumline and academy bringing people together through percussion. Inspired by the marching bands of America’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities, we combine precision marching percussion, choreography and high-energy performance. From learning the first pattern to performing as one, it’s about the commitment, confidence and connection behind every beat.

The Academy

Your rhythm.

Ages 8 and up · Mostly teens

The CrosStix Academy is where drummers are made. Most of our members are teenagers and our youngest is 8. No experience needed, just the commitment to show up and grow. Academy members train towards a place in the drumline.

Our founder
We’re building a movement around excellence, discipline, culture and opportunity.

CrosStix was founded by Nadine Lee, a drummer, bassist, singer-songwriter, Musical Director and educator. She has performed and collaborated with internationally recognised artists and organisations, and taught at leading institutions in the UK and USA.
